Fast exhaust valve: accelerate the switching speed of the power supply of the pneumatic ball valve. It is installed between the cylinder and the solenoid valve, so that the steam in the cylinder can be quickly discharged without passing through the solenoid valve.
Pneumatic amplifier: installed in the air supply to the cylinder, it receives the working pressure data signal at the inlet and outlet of the positioner, and gives a very large total flow to the actuator to improve the speed of the gate valve. Press 1:1 (ratio of data signal and derived signal). The key is to transmit pneumatic data signals to long distances (0-300m) to reduce the harm of backward transmission.
Pneumatic position keeping valve: it is mainly used to interlock the working pressure of the gas source. When it is less than the working pressure of the gas source, the gas pipeline of the valve is cut off in an emergency, so that the gate valve can maintain the position before the common failure of the gas source. When the working pressure of the air source is repaired, the air circuit to the cylinder shall be repaired at the same time.
