Therefore, increasing the water temperature can prevent cavitation.
The right choice
In the selection stage, when taking the suction pressure of vacuum pump and the heat of water, try to avoid the pressure range where the vacuum pump is easy to produce cavitation, that is, to prevent the vacuum pump from operating under the critical vacuum or critical exhaust pressure, and to avoid the increase of cavitation production.
Installation of cavitation protection
A vacuum pump with a cavitation protection tube is provided. Generally speaking, the materials with high hardness and elasticity have strong anti-corrosion ability. It is suggested that 13cr4n and other low-carbon chromium nickel alloy steel should be selected as the material of hydraulic machinery, which has good corrosion resistance when working under the condition of cavitation. Impeller has no coating process, non-metallic coating adopts epoxy resin, nylon powder and polyurethane coating. Protect alloy or spray welding alloy in runner to prevent cavitation damage, such as stainless steel wire surfacing, stainless steel plate welding, alloy powder spray welding, etc.
