RBL100 is a high vacuum type cold cathode ionization vacuum transmitter. Measuring range is 5.0×10-6Pa to 1.0Pa(5.0×10-8mbr to 1.0×10-2mbr)
The RBF181 is a composite vacuum transmitter with an integrated Pirani, cold cathode ionization sensor. The measurement range is 5.0×10-6Pa to atmospheric pressure (5.0 ×10-8mbr to atmospheric pressure). Combining multiple technologies into a single
compact unit with a logarithmic analog output signal greatly reduces installation, setup and integration complexity.
