Based on the introduction of SSR series Roots blower and the design features of many foreign products, a new generation of high flow, efficient and energy-saving roots blower for petrochemical industry is designed and developed.

The air pressure of Roots blower is not limited by the speed of the fan, and the air pressure can remain unchanged no matter how the speed changes. The air volume is proportional to the fan speed, i.e. q = kn

It can be seen from the formula that the frequency of motor can be changed completely by frequency converter to achieve stepless speed change for air volume regulation. Generally, when the shaft kiln is running at a frequency of about 50 Hz, the basic air volume can be adjusted at the same time according to the different process conditions. Therefore, the basic air volume of the shaft kiln can be adjusted at about 40% according to different processes.

The power saving rate of Roots blower is directly proportional to the speed drop, i.e. n% = △ n%, which is different from the general fan and water pump. The power saving rate of Roots blower is higher than that of ordinary fan and water pump. Because of its large power, and as long as the furnace wall is not damaged, it works continuously for 24 hours, and the start-up time is also very long. Therefore, it has great potential and high cost.

After the technical transformation of Roots blower, the former production mode of adjusting the air pressure or air volume by adjusting the opening of outlet (inlet) valve is changed. The labor intensity is reduced, the regulation is timely, the qualified rate of products is improved, and the unit consumption is obviously reduced

The product adopts single end face mechanical seal and overall structure of bearing pedestal, water-cooled wallboard structure, non whole circle casing structure and impeller involute and cycloid combined compound profile design. It has the characteristics of large flow, high pressure, high efficiency, good sealing, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. The performance of the whole machine reaches the international advanced level.

It is mainly used to transport acetylene gas in PVA industry, which can meet the requirements of flammable and explosive gas transportation under special working conditions.
