1、 Overview:

2、 Sp (FSP) water jet vacuum pump is used to replace imported water ring vacuum pump and W mechanical vacuum pump
The piston of reciprocating vacuum pump is a running part, so the wear of piston is unavoidable. With the increase of maintenance times, the vacuum degree will decrease continuously until it can not meet the requirements of production. Its work noise is big, the oil consumption is big, the breakdown rate is high, generally needs to open one standby one, this virtually increases the equipment investment and the operation cost. In addition, if it is used to pump water vapor and other gases, the lubricating oil will be emulsified. Therefore, it can only be used to pump non condensable (air type) gas, nor can it be used to pump granular media. Although the water ring vacuum pump can directly pump condensable gas such as steam, its working vacuum degree is low, it can’t pump granular medium, and it is not easy to do anti-corrosion treatment. Water jet vacuum pump can directly pump condensable gas such as steam, granular medium and corrosive medium. Water jet vacuum pump is widely used in various industries instead of imported water ring vacuum pump and mechanical vacuum pump because of its advantages of water saving, power saving, oil saving, simple structure, convenient operation, no running parts and small maintenance.

3、 Corrosion resistance of FSP anticorrosive water jet vacuum pump:
Water jet vacuum pump is based on the fluid jet with a certain pressure to eject the pumped medium to achieve the purpose of vacuum pumping. There are no moving parts, so it is easy to be made of anticorrosive material. The main materials of FSP series anti-corrosion jet vacuum pump researched and manufactured by our company include carbon steel lining fluoroplastic type, stainless steel type, glass fiber reinforced plastic type, polyethylene type, polypropylene type, etc. Users can choose to use according to different media, temperature, concentration, working pressure, pumping volume and other technical parameters.
