With the industrialization and large-scale development of oil industry, the selection of medium and small oil plants for transformation and expansion is beyond our expectation. In view of the high energy consumption of the steam jet pump, which needs to consume a large amount of working steam and cooling water, a set of cooling water system is configured, and it needs to be installed on a platform with a height of more than 11 meters, which increases the capital construction investment and installation cost, which is time-consuming, laborious and expensive. The research on the vacuum pump which can meet the technological requirements of the oil industry and has low energy consumption has been our research topic.
Research and development of a new type of steam jet vacuum pump with high efficiency and energy saving:
The application of steam jet vacuum pump in various industries in our country has a history of more than 50 years, because of its unique advantages: in particular, it can pump some high temperature steam containing dust and a large amount of water vapor, which is irreplaceable for other vacuum pumps. Steam jet vacuum pump is used in metallurgy, freeze-drying, thermal power, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, textile, pharmaceutical, sugar, salt, paper, food, grease and other industries and fields due to its stable and reliable operation, no running parts, small amount of maintenance, long service life and fast pumping speed. But the steam jet vacuum pump must have a lot of working steam as power. Steam jet vacuum pump manufacturers must have steam boilers or purchase steam, build new plants or old plants to transform, must increase the tonnage of the boiler. Steam jet vacuum pump is called “steam tiger”. Because a large number of working steam and extracted water steam need a large number of cooling water to condense, in order to save water consumption, it is necessary to build a cooling water circulation system cooled by cooling tower. In view of the three elements of the steam jet vacuum pump (large steam consumption, large amount of cooling water consumption and high-level installation), for more than ten years, we have been researching and developing a multi-stage steam jet vacuum pump with low energy consumption (small steam consumption), small amount of cooling water consumption, which can be installed on the ground or at any height or position.
The steam jet vacuum pump relies on saturated steam or superheated steam with a certain pressure as the working medium to generate negative pressure (vacuum) through Laval nozzle and Venturi tube. According to the vacuum degree required by the user, the number of combined steam ejectors and the number of condensers are equipped. Generally, the vacuum degree of deodorization of high-grade oil is between 200Pa and 600Pa. Traditional steam jet vacuum pump needs Four levels to achieve this vacuum. The second stage steam ejector is connected in series in front of the first condenser. After the first condenser, two stage steam ejector and one (or two) condenser are needed to discharge the atmosphere. It is composed of four stage steam ejector and two (or three) condensers. The vacuum degree of decolorization, drying of high-grade oil and evaporation and concentration of phospholipid is 2.6kpa-4kpa, and three-stage steam jet vacuum pump is also used.
For more than ten years, we have developed, improved, innovated and developed a new type of high efficiency and energy-saving multistage steam jet vacuum pump. This innovation can make the steam jet vacuum pump installed on the ground or at any height. No other water pump or ejector is needed, and the condensate can be directly discharged into the pool. A water jet pump (or a steam water series jet true air pump) can be connected in series behind the condenser according to the specific situation. (the new high efficiency three-stage steam jet vacuum pump developed by us in the vacuum magnesium smelting industry replaces the five-stage steam jet pump, and the working pressure can reach 1pA ~ 10Pa, which has been well applied). Compared with the traditional multi-stage steam jet vacuum pump, the newly created high-efficiency and energy-saving new-type steam jet vacuum pump saves more than 60% of working steam and 30% of cooling water, realizes pure low-level installation, saves capital construction investment and installation cost, and saves time!
