Normally open emergency cut-off gas solenoid valve of structure principle:

When working, the solenoid valve is in the normal open state, the coil is in the state of power off, no power consumption; When the leakage accident occurs, the alarm input power to the coil, moving the iron core suction, connecting rod lost support, under the action of the spring and piston gravity, quickly close the main valve port, cut off the gas source, and enter the self-locking state. When the power is removed, the valve is still in the closed state and will not open automatically. When the staff has handled the accident, unscrew the protective cover and the coil has no power, the pull rod shall be manually pulled up to restore normal air supply.

Normally closed emergency cut-off gas solenoid valve structure principle:

The solenoid valve is normally open and the coil is energized. In case of leakage accident or abnormal power failure, the coil will instantly power off, the moving iron core will be separated, and the connecting rod will lose its support. Under the action of gravity of spring and piston, the main valve port will be quickly closed, the gas source will be cut off, and the valve will be self-locked. When the power is switched on again, the valve is still closed and will not open automatically. When the valve needs to be opened, first unscrew the protective cover. When the coil has no power, manually pull the pull rod to its position and wait for the coil to supply power. Then, release the pull rod by hand and the solenoid valve will provide air normally.

Direct-acting gas solenoid valve of working principle:

Normally open type: when the valve needs to be opened, unscrew the protective cover (there is a threaded hole in the middle of the protective cover, turn it on the linkage rod to serve as the handle), pull the handle upward with great force, and the valve opens; When the valve needs to be closed, the coil is energized and the valve is closed instantaneously.

Normally closed type: when the valve needs to be opened, unscrew the protective cover (there is a threaded hole in the middle of the protective cover, turn it on the linkage rod to serve as the handle), pull the handle upward with force + power on hold, and the valve opens; When the valve needs to be closed, the coil is off and the valve is closed instantaneously.
