The oil volume of the dry screw vacuum pump needs to be adjusted
I don’t know if anyone has observed that the oil level of a dry oil-free vacuum pump changes over time. The oil level decreases gradually. When the oil level of a screw dry vacuum pump drops to a certain extent, we need to adjust it. So, how to adjust it correctly, so as not to damage the components of the dry screw vacuum pump equipment and prolong its service life.
Installation and use site of oil-free screw vacuum pump
When the oil volume of the dry screw vacuum pump decreases, we can first appropriately shift the starting point and advance the ending point to reduce the fuel injection volume. In controlling the entire combustion process, whether at high or low loads, we can ensure that it is within the rated range.
If the plunger does not supply oil at a larger angle, the inclination angle of the plunger sleeve return hole when the upper end is opened will be larger, and the fuel supply will be larger. The rotation angle of the dry screw vacuum pump plunger will be smaller, so the oil start time is earlier. When the diesel engine is stopped, the longitudinal groove on the plunger can be transferred to the plunger sleeve return hole. At this time, the fuel of the screw vacuum pump passes through the longitudinal groove and return hole throughout the entire plunger process, without any oil pressure process, so the fuel supply is equal to zero. After the plunger rotates, the fuel supply can be adjusted.
Adjusting the oil volume of the dry screw vacuum pump can not only help users save costs and protect equipment, but also extend the service life of the equipment. In fact, any device should be used carefully and conscientiously. During the production process, there should be no small problems. Once a malfunction occurs, it must be dealt with and resolved in a timely manner
