The air intake filter prevents the jamming of large particles from entering the gap. It is not to prevent particles from entering 300 microns.
The function of the filter screen is to prevent large particles from entering the pump, causing the gap of the water ring vacuum pump to jam. The gap of 2BE1-252 water ring vacuum pump is 0.3-0.5mm. Therefore, if the gap is larger than this, it will be dangerous when it enters the pump cavity, while the one smaller than 0.3mm is allowed to enter. The function of the filter is this function.
If the customer has higher requirements for the particles entering the pump, other denser filter bags or filter screens can be used, but this will increase the cost. Ordinary filters can only isolate most of the large particles.
