The single-stage water ring vacuum pump has the advantages of low pumping rate and high power consumption in high vacuum (less than 20000 b), while the two-stage water ring vacuum pump can obtain higher pumping speed in high vacuum, Or maintain a high vacuum in a large range of pumping rate. In the high vacuum condition, the efficiency is 35% to 40% higher than that of the single-stage water ring vacuum pump, and the energy consumption is reduced accordingly. Therefore, the appropriate vacuum pump should be selected according to the use conditions in order to reduce energy consumption and economic operation.
Evaporator is an operation unit that uses heating method to heat the solution to boiling state, vaporize and remove part of the solvent, so as to improve the concentration of solute in the solvent. The pumping speed of the two-stage water ring vacuum pump is stable in this vacuum range, and the maximum pumping capacity can be achieved. Under the same energy consumption, the efficiency is increased by more than 30%.
