How to choose vacuum pump in homogenization emulsifying machine?

The extreme pressure of vacuum pump in homogenizing emulsifying machine must meet the working pressure of the production process. Basically, the extreme pressure of the pump is not higher than the production process requirements about an order of magnitude. Each type of pump has a specific working pressure limit, so that the working point of the pump must be built in this range, and it is not allowed to keep running for a long time beyond the allowable working pressure. Under its working pressure, the vacuum pump should properly discharge all the gas produced in the production process of vacuum equipment.

When a homogeneous emulsion pump can not meet the requirements of pumping and vacuum, it needs a combination of several pumps to supplement each other to meet the production process requirements. Some vacuum pumps can not be operated under atmospheric pressure and need pre vacuum; some vacuum pumps with outlet pressure not higher than atmospheric pressure need the front stage pump, so they need to be combined for selection. The combined vacuum pump is called vacuum pump unit. It can make the vacuum system get good vacuum degree and air displacement. People should choose the combined vacuum pump properly, because different vacuum pumps have different requirements for the gas to be removed.

When you choose oil seal pump, you must be familiar with your vacuum system as soon as possible. If the equipment is strictly required to be oil-free, all kinds of oil-free pumps must be selected, such as: water ring pump, low-temperature pump, etc. If the requirements are not strict, you can choose an oil pump, plus some oil pollution prevention measures, such as adding cold trap, oil trap, baffle, etc., you can also achieve clean vacuum requirements.

Be familiar with the chemical composition of the extracted gas, whether there is condensable steam in the gas, whether there is particulate matter, floating ash, whether there is corrosive irritation, etc. When choosing the vacuum pump, it is necessary to know the chemical composition of the gas, and the corresponding pump should be selected for the extracted gas. If the gas contains steam, particles, and corrosive irritant gas, it must be considered to install auxiliary equipment on the air inlet pipeline of the pump, such as condenser, dust collector, etc.

When the oil seal vacuum pump is selected, the environmental impact of the oil vapour discharged from the vacuum pump should be considered. If the environment is not allowed to be contaminated, an oil free vacuum pump must be selected or the oil vapor discharged to the outside.
If the production process is not allowed, the pump without vibration should be selected or anti vibration measures should be taken.
