Usage of vacuum pump of engraving machine:
Special note: every time you start the vacuum pump, make sure there is water in it! The liquid level should be above the motor shaft!
1. The suction port is connected with the adsorption pipe of the engraving machine, which shall be sealed strictly to prevent leakage;
2. Lines of more than 4 square meters must be used. When wiring, first connect in a certain order. The vacuum pump should rotate clockwise. If the motor reverses, replace two wires arbitrarily.
3. For the initial start, use a screwdriver to move the motor fan to ensure that the impeller is not stuck;
4. Connect the motor power supply and adjust the running direction to be consistent with the standard; the power switch required for vacuum pump shall not be less than 100A. The power supply of vacuum pump shall be independent. It is not allowed to share a power switch with other equipment. If the motor speed is slow or the power switch trips, the power supply shall be turned off in time to check whether the circuit is normal.
5. Inject water into the water tank until the upper water level mouth flows;
6. Open the water filling valve to the vacuum pump and wait for three minutes to ensure that the working fluid flows into the vacuum pump.
Before the vacuum pump works every day, make up water. When the engraving machine finishes engraving each plate, close the engraving valve, and then add another plate. Do not cut off the power supply of the vacuum pump. If the power supply of the vacuum pump is cut off and the valve of the engraving machine is not closed, the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump will be reduced.
7. Start the motor, the vacuum pump starts to work, and the adsorption surface produces adsorption effect.

Q: does the vacuum pump vacuum?
Answer: the working fluid does not enter the pump cavity, no water ring is formed or the suction pipe leaks.
Q: is the suction of vacuum pump insufficient?
Answer: the main reason is that the working fluid inflow is seriously insufficient. Check the water inlet pipe; check the sealing performance of the suction pipe in case of leakage of the suction pipe. The working fluid has not been changed for a long time, and a large amount of wood dust entering the working fluid has affected the quality of the working fluid, so the working fluid must be kept clean water.
Q: is the vacuum pump noisy?
Answer: when all valves of the suction pipeline are closed, the suction of the vacuum pump reaches the limit, resulting in cavitation sound, and the noise of opening the valve of the suction pipeline will disappear.
