Eccentric rotors with fixed blades are installed in the water ring vacuum pump, which throws water (liquid) to the stator wall. The water (liquid) forms a liquid ring concentric with the stator. The liquid ring and the rotor blade together constitute a variable volume, which depends on the change of the volume of the pump chamber to achieve aspiration, compression and exhaust. Therefore, it belongs to the variable volume vacuum pump.
Water ring pump can also be used as a compressor, known as water ring compressor, is a low-pressure compressor, its pressure range is 1-2*105Pa gauge pressure.
Application fields of water ring vacuum pump: chemical industry, paper making, petroleum, light industry, metallurgy, building materials, electrical appliances, food, coal washing, mineral processing, fertilizer, etc.
Easy to maintain, the temperature of compressed gas is low, and the exhaust temperature is only 10-15 C higher than the intake temperature. Because of this characteristic, it is very easy to suck flammable and explosive gas.

Flexible configuration: It can be assembled with separators, heat exchangers, pipelines, valves, meters and electronic control devices on a chassis and used as a complete set of equipment.
1. Water-ring vacuum pump can work continuously for a long time in the ambient temperature range of 5-40 ~C and under the condition that the import pressure is less than 1330 Pa.
2. Water ring vacuum pumps are not suitable for pumping gases containing excessive oxygen, toxic, explosive, corrosive to metals, chemical reactions to pump oil, and particulate dust. They are also not suitable for transporting gases from one container to another for transporting pumps.
3. The continuous working time of the water-ring vacuum pump under the inlet pressure from atmospheric pressure to 6000Pa is not more than 3 minutes, so as to avoid damage of the pump caused by oil injection or poor lubrication.
