The use of water ring vacuum pump is mainly used in the operation of water absorption and drainage, but because of the different use environment of the equipment, the problems encountered will be different. For the use of water ring vacuum pump, we need to know more relevant information, so as to deal with the relevant use problems in use.
1. Pump does not absorb water or do not drain water, most of the reasons are that the bottom valve is stuck, the water filtering part is blocked, the water absorption height is too high or the water absorption is leaking, or the impeller is blocked due to wrong direction. After checking one by one, the vacuum pump can be treated by repairing the bottom valve, correcting the steering, cleaning the impeller, etc. The vacuum pump vibrates violently, or the electric rotor is unbalanced, or the coupling is insecure, and the bearing is worn and zigzag; or the rolling parts are loose and cracked; or the pipeline support is not firm. Adjustment, repair, reinforcement and replacement can be adopted respectively. Leakage of water or air in the pipeline or loose screw cap of the device. If the leakage is not serious, the place with air leakage or water leakage can be coated with cement or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil. Temporary repairs can be applied with wet mud or soft soap.
2. If the water ring vacuum pump leaks water at the joint, tighten the nut by hand. It is necessary to dismantle the water leakage from the beginning. At present, the working pressure of the gear pump is close to that of the plunger pump. The combined load sensing plan provides the variable possibility for the gear pump, which means that the original clear boundary between the gear pump and the plunger pump becomes more and more fuzzy. The cost of the whole system is one of the decisive factors for the rational selection of hydraulic pump plan. Compared with the plunger pump with high cost, the gear pump has become a practical selection plan for many applications due to its low cost, simple circuit and low filtering requirements.
3. If you choose oil seal pump, you should also know whether your vacuum system has requirements for oil pollution. If the equipment is strictly required to be oil-free, various oil pumps should be selected, such as: water ring vacuum pump, low temperature pump, etc. If the requirements are not strict, you can choose oil pump, vacuum pump plus some anti oil pollution methods, such as adding cold well, oil trap, baffle, etc., can also meet the requirements of clean vacuum. Know the composition of the extracted gas, including no condensable steam, particle dust, corrosiveness, etc.
4. When selecting a vacuum pump, it is necessary to know the gas composition and select the corresponding vacuum pump for the extracted gas. If the gas contains steam, particles and corrosive gas, auxiliary equipment, such as condenser and dust remover, should be installed on the air inlet pipeline of vacuum pump. When selecting the oil seal vacuum pump, we should consider how the oil vapor discharged from the vacuum pump affects the environment. If the environment is not allowed to be polluted, we should choose the oil-free vacuum pump or discharge the oil vapor to the outdoor.
