Inlet temperature: The inlet temperature of the screw vacuum pump ranges from 15 ℃ to 60 ℃, within which the pump can operate continuously for a long time; If the intake temperature exceeds this range, necessary measures need to be taken.
Intake air temperature issue
During the pumping process of a dry screw vacuum pump, there is a temperature rise during the compression process of the gas from intake to exhaust. To ensure the stable operation of the pump, it is necessary to control the temperature at which the gas medium enters the vacuum pump.
Normally, normal temperature air intake is required. However, it is still recommended to take pre measures such as cooling for high-temperature intake to improve the efficiency of the vacuum pump and process flow, and avoid problems such as high temperature alarms and jamming.
Screw vacuum pump of coating
Due to the fact that most dry vacuum pumps are used to remove corrosive or hazardous gases, in order to prevent corrosion or rusting of the pump chamber and screws and extend the pump’s service life, the following different coatings can be selected according to different applications:
1. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating: Good chemical resistance, but short coating life, melting point below 300 ℃, and poor wear resistance.
2. NIFA coating: It has good corrosion resistance to all chemicals and good resistance to mechanical scratches;
3. NIFLON coating: Good wear resistance, good adhesion to substrate, good corrosion resistance to most chemicals, and resistance to mechanical scratches.
