Why is it necessary to install safety valve at the outlet of Roots blower? Relief valve of Roots blower, also known as safety valve of Roots blower. 1. When the resistance is high, the aeration head is blocked or the water level is high; that is to say, the pressure given by roots blower has not met the requirements of aeration change, and the pressure is held in the outlet pipe and can not be discharged out. Only by opening the safety valve under a certain pressure, the pressure can be released by the safety valve.

2. The safety valve is set up low. When the pressure set up by the relief valve is too low, the pressure relief valve will be set open.

Therefore, it is suggested to maintain the above two reasons to deal with the obstacle problem of pressure relief valve

How to set the safety valve?

(1)Use roots blower blower
(2) Check the pressure gauge on one side and tighten the gate valve so that the pressure exceeds 10% of the set pressure.
(3) Relax the locking nut, press the counterclockwise target rotation arrangement screw, until from the safety valve to eliminate the atmosphere so far.
(4) If the setting pressure has not been reached during the process of tightening the gate valve and the atmosphere has been eliminated, please rotate the screw clockwise again until the atmosphere is not eliminated, and then rotate the target counterclockwise until the atmosphere is eliminated (clockwise, the setting pressure becomes higher; Turn counterclockwise to lower setting pressure).
(5)Screw the lock nut and arrange the screw.
(6)Relax gate valve, drop low pressure, so that the safety valve did not exhaust.
(7)Check whether the safety valve can work under the set pressure, again tighten the gate valve popularization pressure.
