Gas enters the high vacuum chamber from the air inlet nozzle, initially high pressure, high and low vacuum chambers are full of atmosphere, both exhaust valves open exhaust. As the exhaust proceeds, the pressure decreases (i.e. the vacuum increases), the pressure in the high vacuum chamber is insufficient to push the exhaust valve open, and the gas enters the low vacuum chamber through the diaphragm. At this time, the pressure is insufficient to push the exhaust valve open, but the low vacuum chamber enters with a certain amount of oil to help push the exhaust valve open, and the gas is also discharged. Oil particles mixed with the exhaust gas are filtered through the oil screen to separate the oil. Only the gas is discharged out of the pump and the gas path is through.
The oil in the oil seal chamber of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is supplied by the oil tank A through the hole on the front plate. The oil in the low vacuum chamber is supplied by the oil tank A through the holes on the rear end plate. The oil in the high vacuum chamber is supplied by the holes on the partition board. The front and back cover of 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is sealed by the oil pool B above the pump body flowing into the oil tank through the hole in the end face chamber of the pump body.
1. The pump can be operated continuously for a long time in the ambient temperature range of 5-40 C and inlet pressure less than 1330 Pa.
2. Pumps are not suitable for pumping gases containing excessive oxygen, toxic, explosive, corrosive to metals, chemical reactions to pump oil, and particulate dust. They are also not suitable for transporting gases from one container to another as transport pumps.
3. Pump at atmospheric pressure to 6000P a under the inlet pressure of continuous working time not more than 3 minutes, in order to avoid injection or lubrication caused by poor pump damage.
