When there must be pressure at the exhaust side, then maximum exhaust pressure that EVP-PB series scroll pumps can accept is 0.5 kg. At this time, the power of the pump is increased, and the heat generation is more obvious; and due to different structures, EVP series scroll pumps can accept the maximum exhaust pressure of is 0.2 kg.

For safety reasons, do not operate the dry scroll pump under exhaust environment for a long time.
