Characteristics of rotary vane vacuum pump

Rotary vane vacuum pump is a kind of vacuum pump equipment with mandatory oil prohibition. It has solved the problems of oil return and oil injection well, and has been recognized by a large number of users. This rotary vane vacuum pump has the following characteristics.

1. Fully sealed structure:

Type C is the only rotary vane pump in the world that seals the motor in the tank. This structure will completely eliminate the possibility of axial leakage, and almost all rotary vane vacuum pumps in China have oil leakage problems.

2. Air ballast valve with air cushion adjustment:

Air cushion is an effective means to eliminate pump noise, and the structure design of the pump air valve takes into account the function of adjustable air cushion, a set of independent system can adjust air cushion volume. In practical debugging, we clearly feel the importance of this structure to noise reduction.

3. Complete protection function of the pump:

The pump itself is equipped with a discharge valve for stopping the pump. This valve is a differential pressure valve controlled by a solenoid valve, and the electric energy required by the solenoid valve is provided by the generator with the motor. In addition, the pump is also equipped with overload protection switch. Once the pump is stuck or the load is too heavy, the motor current will increase abnormally, and the protection switch will automatically shut off the power. From a usage perspective, this feature is useful.

4. Wide application range of the pump:

Suitable for power supply system of 50HZ, 60HZ and 380V. The pump discharge steam ability is strong, one reason is that when the gas ballast can still maintain high vacuum degree, the other is high oil temperature, oil temperature in normal work for more than 80 ℃, so high oil temperature and the effective gas town, the steam pump drainage capacity is greatly increased. In particular, the pump can be a halogen – resistant vacuum pump as long as the synthetic oil is selected.
