Single-stage rotary vane vacuum system is a new type of vacuum equipment with automatic vacuum degree control, which uses a single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump of SV type to make up for the shortcomings of the original vacuum pump.
The control system of this vacuum system has two kinds: manual gear and automatic gear.
Manual gear: control the operation and stop of vacuum unit by switch button. Glass vacuum system, that is, press start switch, vacuum unit will not stop running, press stop switch vacuum unit will stop working.
Automatic gear: Turn the knob switch to “automatic” and the vacuum pump will start until it reaches the upper limit set by the vacuum meter and the vacuum unit will stop running. With the use of vacuum, when the vacuum is reduced to the lower limit of vacuum set by the vacuum meter, the vacuum unit will automatically start up and stop running until the upper limit of vacuum is reached. Medical vacuum system will circulate and reciprocate. This function is especially suitable for the occasion of low gas consumption.
Vacuum system desgin advantage:
1. Increasing the pumping capacity, the total (instantaneous) pumping capacity can be increased by a combination of a vacuum pump and a buffer tank.
2. Save energy. It can save energy by a buffer gas tank with vacuum meter control.
3. Improving service life, the use of vacuum pump can reduce the temperature rise of the vacuum pump, the vacuum system, the pump will not overheat; vacuum meter control can reduce the operation time of the vacuum pump; cushion storage tank plus intake filter can reduce foreign bodies and micro-granular solids into the vacuum pump.
4. To prevent pump oil return, the unit has designed the Oil-blocking structure. How to configure the vacuum system when the whole pumping device stops operation, the vacuum pump oil will not return to the pumped container.
