The main shaft of the claw type vacuum pump is vertically installed, and the air flow can flow from the top to the bottom, which is conducive to the discharge of particulate matter and liquid. Except for the first stage, the pumping volume of each stage is equal. Due to the different flow state of the backflow in the clearance of each stage, the reverse flow situation of each stage is different, and the compression ratio of each stage is also different. In the middle of the exhaust port at all levels, the use of removable pipes in these parts, with a quick connector connection, do not need to dismantle the whole pump can be cleaned. The bearings and seals are cooled with water and air in the middle part. In this way, the temperature difference between the rotor and the pump body is small. The surface in contact with the extracted medium is resistant to corrosion. The rotor is turned by motor and gear, and there is lubrication at the bearing and gear. A special piston ring sealing device is selected to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil steam into the pump cavity. The four levels are of layered structure, convenient for maintenance and high positioning accuracy.

The claw type vacuum pump has a special monitoring system, such as pump temperature, pressure, flow, etc. are controlled by sensors. In order to operate safely, the pump inlet and outlet are equipped with filter screen, dust collector and muffler. The whole pump can be loaded in a hood to inhale air to prevent the leakage of the extracted gas. The pump is easy to move with four small rollers.
