The electromagnetic vacuum belt charging valve is a safety valve installed on the mechanical vacuum pump. It is installed at the air inlet of the mechanical vacuum pump and opens and closes synchronously with the pump. When the pump stops working or the power supply is interrupted suddenly, the valve will close automatically to keep the vacuum in the vacuum system and fill the air into the pump cavity, so as to avoid the reverse flow of pump oil and pollution of the vacuum system. The suitable medium of vacuum valve is pure air or non corrosive gas. It is divided into flange type and KF quick interface. The interface size is from DN 16 to DN80, which is suitable for various types of vacuum pump and vacuum pump unit.

Electromagnetic differential pressure charging valve is a new type of vacuum valve installed on the inlet of mechanical vacuum pump. Its working principle is that the power supply of the mechanical pump and the power supply of the solenoid valve coil are connected in the same circuit. When the mechanical vacuum pump is suddenly cut off or stopped due to work, the valve uses atmospheric pressure to make the valve core automatically close, cut off the channel connected with the vacuum system, and at the same time release atmosphere into the pump to prevent the mechanical pump oil from returning to the vacuum system, which plays a role in protecting the vacuum system Start the mechanical pump again. The suitable working medium is air and non corrosive gas.

Their shaft seal uses O-shaped rubber ring. The leakage rate of general vacuum dynamic seal is 10-4pa.l/s. The vacuum degree is not high in the process of shaft movement, so it can be used in high vacuum conditions with low requirements; the shaft seal is a metal bellows seal with a leakage rate of 10-7pa.l/s, which is suitable for use under ultra-high vacuum conditions. Solenoid valve is composed of solenoid coil and magnetic core, which is a valve body containing one or several holes. Our commonly used solenoid valves in production are two three-way, two four-way, two-way five-way and so on.
