Double stage piston vacuum pump

The two-stage piston vacuum pump series is suitable for suction of air and other general gases. When using air ballast, the pump can suck a small amount of condensable gases (such as water vapor). Additional devices should be used when pumping gases with excessive oxygen content, explosive, corrosive to ferrous metals, and chemical reaction to vacuum oil. This type of pump can be used alone or as a pre pump for diffuser pumps, roots pumps and other high vacuum pumps. The pump is widely used in vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum impregnation, vacuum sintering, vacuum metallurgy, vacuum drying, molecular distillation.

The vacuum pump with two-stage three-cylinder slide valve is of three-cylinder structure. The pump chamber is divided into one long cylinder and two short cylinders by two large cylinder diaphragms. The long cylinder is equipped with a long slide valve, a long eccentric wheel and a long guide rail. Each of the two short cylinders is equipped with a set of short slide valves, a short eccentric wheel and a short guide rail. Together, the shaft is supported by bearings in the two pump caps, the two ends of the pump body are sealed by the pump cover, and the shaft is extended out of the pump cavity end is sealed by the oil seal.

The motor drives the pump shaft to rotate with a long eccentric wheel and a short eccentric wheel. A long slide valve and a short slide valve sleeved outside the long and short eccentric wheel rotate with the long and short eccentric wheel respectively. The outer circle rotates against the inner wall of the pump. The slide valve rod slides along the guide rail and oscillates with this. The slide valve divides the pump cylinder into air intake cavity and exhaust. The movement of the cavity and the slide valve produces the volume change of the inlet and exhaust chambers. The gas is continuously inhaled from the inlet and enters the intake chamber through the hollow of the long slide valve stem and the vacuum of the short slide valve stem. With the movement of the slide valve, the intake chamber is transformed into the exhaust chamber, the volume of the exhaust chamber is continuously reduced, and the pressure is continuously increased. After entering another short cylinder inlet, the gas enters the rectangular cylinder inlet cavity through the hollow of the short slide valve stem. With the movement of the slide valve, the inlet cavity is converted into the exhaust cavity, the volume of the exhaust cavity is reduced, and the pressure is increased until the exhaust valve is opened, and the gas is discharged out of the pump through the oil-gas separator and the exhaust port.

Two stage piston vacuum pump:

1. Low vacuum oil way:

Atmospheric tank > Oil Filter > oil inlet valve > first downstream, and then flow to the pump cylinder to the center of the cylinder diaphragm > short eccentric wheel > low vacuum short cylinder pump chamber > exhaust valve > gas separator > atmospheric tank

2. High vacuum oil way:

Vacuum tank > downstream, and then flow to the center of the two large cylinder diaphragm to the middle of the long and short eccentric wheel of the high vacuum chamber > high vacuum long and short cylinder pump chamber > vacuum tank

3.interstage oil way:

The oil from the atmospheric oil tank is divided into the inter-stage oil inlet valve through the filter and the oil inlet valve. When the oil quantity of the vacuum oil tank is insufficient, the inter-stage oil inlet valve opens automatically and the oil flows into the vacuum oil tank.
