1, pump installation: vacuum pump and compressor in the installation, the installation surface must be horizontal, and through the hole in the bottom corner with bolts installed firmly. 2. Installation of water separator
The gas-water separator can be installed directly on the vacuum pump exhaust port and fixed firmly with bolts. The gas-water separator has a pipeline connected to the pump, thus supplying the water required for the pump work. The rest of the working water is supplied by the water supply pipe, and the water supply volume is regulated by the valve on the pipeline. The suction pipe of the vacuum pump or compressor shall be equipped with a check valve to prevent the water in the vacuum pump or compressor from returning to the system under the pressure of the exhaust pipe during the shutdown.
Before long-term stop operation, fan impeller blade must be turned to verify whether there is a stuck phenomenon of 2BV water ring vacuum pump.
Starting technology of water ring vacuum pump:
1. Close the inlet valve;
2. Open the vent valve;
3. Pour a small amount of water into the pump, and refer to the water consumption in the technical index table;
4. Start the motor;
5. Open the inlet valve;
6. Adjust the water supply so as to consume a small amount of water and ensure the technical index of the pump.
The water ring vacuum pump shall be shut down in the following order:
1. Close the inlet valve;
2. Turn off the motor and stop the water supply
3, release the residual water in the pump body.
1, in order to avoid wear impeller, pump body or stuck in the main impeller, with the gas and working fluid into the pump chamber of the dust particles, can be washed away through the pump lower rinse port.
2, if the use of hard water working fluid, must be soft, or in a certain period of time with the solution to clean the pump.
3, the normal work of the motor bearing is higher than ambient temperature 15 ℃ ~ 20 ℃, high does not allow more than 55 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, the normal work of bearing loading should be 1-2 times a year, cleaning bearing at least once a year, and replace all lubricating oil.
4, the use of mechanical seals, leakage phenomenon, should check the mechanical seal of the dynamic, static ring has been damaged, or the sealing ring has been aging, such as the above situation, need to replace the new parts.
