How to choose meltblown cloth boots blower butterfly valve
As the matching equipment of mask production, the melt blown roots blower plays an important role in providing the air injection of melt blown cloth. Compared with air compressor, roots blower has large air volume and stable pressure. Compared with flotation machine and multi-stage centrifugal machine, the price is much lower, more than five times. The only disadvantage is that the noise will be higher, which is the most selected matching equipment for mask manufacturers. Roots blower has good airtight performance, no oil, gas and water vapor will be produced in the production process of meltblown cloth, and the outlet temperature reaches 60 ~ 70 ℃, so it can be used safely.
Should we use soft seal or hard seal for meltblown cloth boots blower butterfly valve?
It is called “hard seal” when both sides of sealing pair of melt blown brotz blower are made of metal or other hard materials. The sealing performance of this kind of seal is poor, but it has high temperature resistance, wear resistance and good mechanical performance. For example: steel steel; steel copper; steel graphite; steel alloy steel; (steel here may also be cast iron, cast steel, alloy steel may also be surfacing, spraying alloy).
The hard seal of meltblown cloth boots blower is made of metal, and its sealing performance is relatively poor, although some manufacturers claim that it can achieve zero leakage. Soft seal can not meet the process requirements for some corrosive materials, and hard seal can solve the problem! These two kinds of seals can complement each other. In terms of sealing performance, soft seal is relatively good, but now the sealing performance of hard seal can also meet the corresponding requirements! The advantages of soft seal are good sealing performance, but the disadvantages are easy aging, wear and short service life. The service life of hard seal is long, but its sealing performance is worse than that of soft seal.
The structural differences are as follows:
1. Structural differences: soft seal butterfly valve is mostly medium linear, and hard seal is mostly single eccentric, double eccentric and triple eccentric butterfly valves
2. Temperature resistance: soft seal for normal temperature environment. Hard seal can be used in low temperature, normal temperature, high temperature environment
3. Pressure: soft seal, low pressure to normal pressure, hard seal can also be used in medium and high pressure conditions
4. Sealing performance: soft sealing butterfly valve and three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve have better sealing performance. Three eccentric butterfly valve can keep good sealing performance under high pressure and high temperature environment.
