1.Body Material and conditions of use:

1.High-strength carbon steel shell, surface spray treatment;

2.Applicable temperature: ≤100℃;

3.Overall leak rate: ≤1*10^-3 Pa.L/s;

2.Filter element(core) material and use conditions:

Maintenance and replacement of filter element: replace the filter element when the pressure drop exceeds the original pressure drop of 3.5 kPa;

3.The optional precision of the filter element

Filter material category:

a) Wood pulp paper filter element: for 3 micron dust, the filtration efficiency is ≥99%;

b) PET filter element: For 5 micron dust, the filtration efficiency is ≥99%.

c) PET+PP filter element: for 0.3 micron dust, the filtration efficiency is ≥83%;

For 1 micron dust, the filtration efficiency is ≥92%;

For 5 micron dust, the filtration efficiency is ≥99%.

Inlet filter modelEVP-202Z

Recommended EVP piston pump capacity is 30 L/s with inlet port 50 mm.

Function: Filter the suction gas of the vacuum pump, prevent dust and other particles from being sucked into the vacuum pump, resulting in vacuum pump wear, and reduce the pollution of the vacuum pump oil, improve the vacuum degree.

Specification of filter core:¢128*65*125

Filtering area:0.6㎡

Filtration efficiency: The filtration efficiency of particles above 2 microns can reach more than 99%.

Operating temperature: below 100℃.

 

Inlet filter model: EVP -203Z

Recommended EVP piston pump capacity is 50 L/s or 80 L/s with inlet port 80 mm.

Function: Filter the suction gas of the vacuum pump, prevent dust and other particles from being sucked into the vacuum pump, resulting in vacuum pump wear, and reduce the pollution of the vacuum pump oil, improve the vacuum degree.

Filtering area:1.3㎡

Filtration efficiency: The filtration efficiency of particles above 3 microns can reach more than 99%.

Operating temperature: below 100℃.

Recommended EVP piston pump capacity is 150 L/s or 180 L/s or 200 L/s with inlet port 160 mm.

Function: Filter the suction gas of the vacuum pump, prevent dust and other particles from being sucked into the vacuum pump, resulting in vacuum pump wear, and reduce the pollution of the vacuum pump oil, improve the vacuum degree.

Filtering area:2.3㎡

Filtration efficiency: The filtration efficiency of particles above 5 microns can reach more than 99%.

Operating temperature: below 80℃.

 

Inlet filter modelEVP-261Z

Recommended EVP piston pump capacity is 230 L/s or 300 L/s with inlet port 160 mm.

Function: Filter the suction gas of the vacuum pump, prevent dust and other particles from being sucked into the vacuum pump, resulting in vacuum pump wear, and reduce the pollution of the vacuum pump oil, improve the vacuum degree.
