Fruit freeze-drying and fruit cooling & preservation are different.
Fruit freeze-drying requires a condenser (usually provided by the freeze dryer manufacturer) between the cavity and the pump to condense water and prevent water from entering the pump. Generally, 2XZ series double-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pumps are used. Our 2XZ The pumping volume covers from 1L/s to 25L/s. For higher pumping speed, EVP-175 (160m3/h) and EVP-275 (255 m3/h) can be used, as shown in Figure 1/2.
The principle of fruit cooling & preservation is to quickly cool the fruit in a vacuum environment, lock the moisture, and prolong the shelf life. No condenser, no need to remove moisture. In this case, the SV series single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump is generally used. Our SV The air extraction volume covers from 10m3/h to 750m3/h, as shown in Figure 3/4.
