1) Close the manual condensate drain ball valve of the vacuum pump body, confirm that the vacuum gauge on the inlet line of the pump, the pressure gauge on the outlet steam water separator, and the pressure gauge on the water make-up line of the pump body have been installed, put the vacuum gauge, the pressure gauge, the pneumatic automatic water make-up and drainage valve, the liquid level gauge, and close the vent valve at the bottom of the steam water separator; contact the electrician and the fitter, and confirm that the motor direction is the same as the pump direction, Confirm that all tools (spanner, stethoscope, rag and oil pot) are complete, confirm that the static electricity of the pump is in good condition, confirm that the anchor bolts of the pump are not loose, put the circulating cooling water of the cooler into use, and confirm that the return water is smooth. Slowly open the outlet valve of the pump, open the 1 / 3 valve position turning gear, and check whether the flange has leakage.

The pump belongs to a closed circulation system. The make-up water of the system is injected into the pump body after being cooled by the water from the steam water separator. Before starting the pump, open the secondary ball valve of the automatic water injection valve of the steam water separator to inject water into the pump body. When the automatic drain valve at the bottom of the pump sees water, close the secondary ball valve of the automatic water injection valve of the steam water separator, close the valve on the water injection line of the pump body, close the sealing liquid valve, and stop the direction of the pump body The pump body is filled with water, so that the water in the pump is just as good as the water dripping from the automatic drain valve at the bottom of the pump.
3. Start the liquid ring vacuum pump:
1) . confirm that the pump motor has been powered on and is ready for starting. Contact the operator of relevant post to confirm that the pump does not turn and the turning gear is even and flexible. Open the inlet valve of the pump and open the 1 / 3 valve position. Start the motor, and immediately open the valve on the water injection line and the sealing liquid valve of the pump body after starting the motor, so as to make the water in the pump body and the water separator reach the balance state. Stop the pump immediately in case of the following conditions: abnormal leakage , abnormal vibration, abnormal sound, peculiar smell, spark, flue gas and current can not be stopped
2) Adjust the inlet and outlet valves of the pump, confirm that the vacuum degree at the inlet of the pump is between 0.08-0.02mpa, the outlet flow is normal, and the motor current is within the normal range, adjust the pump flow, contact the relevant post operators, and confirm that the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the pump is stable

The liquid ring vacuum pump is strictly prohibited from idling without liquid, so as to avoid damage to parts; after the liquid ring vacuum pump is started, it is strictly prohibited to operate for a long time without opening the outlet valve

2、 Operating procedures for stopping liquid ring vacuum pump
1. Stop the pump and inform the relevant post and foreman, close the valve on the water injection line of the pump body, close the sealing liquid valve, stop the motor, close the inlet and outlet valves of the pump, and confirm that the inlet and outlet valves of the pump are fully closed
2. Close the inlet valve of the pump, the outlet valve of the pump, the make-up valve of the steam water separator, and confirm that the inlet and outlet valves of the pump are closed. Open the steam water separator vent valve, the vacuum pump body vent valve, and confirm that the medium in the pump is discharged completely
3. Delivery for maintenance
