Main parameters of vacuum pump
Vacuum pump is a kind of rotary variable capacity, vacuum pump must have a front-stage pump with a wide range of pressure can be used to have a greater pumping speed, the extracted gas contains dust and water vapor insensitive widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, food, electronic coating and other industries.
Vacuum pumps include liquid ring vacuum pump, reciprocating pumps, piston vacuum pump, rotary vane pumps, Roots pumps and diffusion pumps, etc. At present, these pumps are indispensable in the application of vacuum technology in various industries of our national economy. In recent years, with the sustained and high-speed development of China’s economy, vacuum pump related downstream application industry maintained a rapid growth momentum. At the same time, the vacuum pump industry in China has achieved sustained and stable development under the joint pull of factors such as expanding the field of vacuum pump application.
The main parameters of the vacuum pump:
(1) Pumping rate. When the pump is equipped with a standard experimental hood and operates under specified conditions, the ratio of the gas flow through the hood to the equilibrium pressure at the specified position on the hood is referred to a s pumping rate in m3/a or L/s.
(2) the amount of gas pumped through the gas flow through the pump inlet. The unit is Pa.m3/s or Pa.L/s.
(3) extreme pressure. When the pump is equipped with a standard experimental cover and operates under specified conditions, the lowest pressure tends to be stable without introducing gas into normal operation, in Pa.
(4) starting pressure. The pump has no damage and has the pressure of starting and pumping. Pa.
(5) pre pressure. The outlet pressure of the vacuum pump is lower than that of an atmospheric pressure. The unit is Pa.
(6) Maximum Front Stage Pressure. If the pump exceeds this value, the pressure that can not work properly will be called the maximum Front Stage Pressure, in Pa.
(7) maximum working pressure. Corresponds to the maximum suction and inlet pressure. Under this pressure, the pump can work continuously without deterioration or damage.
(8) compression ratio. The ratio between the outlet pressure and the inlet pressure of the pump for a given gas.
Vacuum pump is a large quantity and wide range of products, the output is very large, the output value is not high, but it is a direct impact on the performance of vacuum equipment set of essential basic products. The market of vacuum pump changes dynamically according to the needs of users. The main driving force for market growth is the rapid development of the semiconductor industry and the increasing application of dry and molecular pumps.
