When the process gas contains particulate matter, please connect the filter at the inlet of the vacuum pump.

When the process gas contains water vapor and condensable gas, it needs to be fully emptied by the air flush.

When the process gas is slightly corrosive, toxic, harmful and dangerous, it should be fully flushed with inert gas before and after use and connected with the safety tailpipe.
