Ⅰ. Water ring vacuum pump installation
During the installation for the vacuum pump or vacuum compressor,the ground must be flat and the equipment need to fix by the bolts in the base of hole.
In order to prevent the welding slag into the water ring vacuum pump during installation, please install the filter in the suction pipeline.
Ⅱ. Gas Water Separator installation
The gas water separator can direct install the discharge port in vacuum pump and fixed by bolts.There is one pipeline of separator need to connect to the liquid ring vacuum pump to make up the working water requirement and the other working water supplied by water pipelines. The valves in the pipelines to control the water supply amount.
Please note that the vacuum pump or compressor need to equipped with check valve in the suction pipelines to prevent the water back to the system in the pressure of discharge pipelines during the pump stop.
