ZJ&ZJP&ZJL&ZJQ Roots vacuum pump
Pumping principal:effect through two”8” shaped rotors in opposite direction to reach suction and exhaust.
ZJ&ZJP: ZJ series roots pump without bypass valve but ZJP with bypass valves(Bypass valve: recerse and auto avoid overload.
ZJL: pumping speed is relativel lower.
ZJQ: Air-cooled Roots vacuum pump, in addition to the advantages of ordinary Roots pump (such as high speed, small size), but also with high pressure in the continuous work without overheating, and the working limit depends only on the pump Its own mechanical strength and other special advantages.
With the appropriate motor, cooler, the pump can be activated at any pressure and any pressure under the operation. Air-cooled Roots pumps can be used alone or in units of units. In some cases, in the middle of the unit, the air-cooled Roots pump relies on the pump cooler to achieve thermal equilibrium, as in the last or Pump can be used without the cooler and rely on the natural cooling of the air.
Sealing material: nitrile rubber and fluorine rubber.
Both of them have their own advantages and disadvantages:
Nitrile rubber: elasticity is better, but not high resistance and not resistant to corrosion.
Fluorine rubber: high temperature corrosion resistance, but relatively hard, less elastic.
Generally, the choice of sealing material to see whether the corrosive gas, if it is corrosive, select the fluorine rubber. Conversely, select nitrile rubber. For high temperature problems, Roots pump itself has a water cooling system, which can solve the internal system of high temperature problem.
