RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump is suitable for vacuum pumping of closed system. Such as vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, vacuum suction. Inlet pressure range: 100Pa ~ 100000pa, beyond this range, there will be oil mist at the exhaust port of vacuum pump. The working environment temperature and the suction gas temperature of RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump should be between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃. RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump can not pump water or other liquids. Do not remove explosive, flammable, high oxygen content, corrosive gas. Generally, the motor supplied is not explosion-proof. If explosion-proof or other special requirements are required, the motor must comply with relevant standards.
RV series oil free rotary vane vacuum pump installation method
RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump should be placed horizontally. Similar to RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump, there is almost no vibration during operation, and it is generally not fixed. There are metric screw holes on the damping pad at the bottom of the pump to fix the pump. Do not push and pull the pump on the ground to avoid damaging the damping pad. In order to ensure good cooling of RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump, the air inlet and outlet of pump cooling air should be more than 30cm away from surrounding objects. In order to facilitate maintenance, it is recommended to leave a gap of 0.4m in front of the pump inlet and outlet. For the convenience of oil drainage, a base with oil drain pan can be installed. The pump is shipped without oil. After installation, slowly inject the specified vacuum pump oil through the oil filler to 3 / 4 of the oil window height.
RV series oil free rotary vane vacuum pump electrical connection
Electrical wiring must be carried out by a professional electrician. Suitable motor overload protection devices shall be used. Single phase 220 V 50 Hz RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump must work within the voltage range of 220 V ± 10%. If the voltage is lower than 220 V, it must be equipped with AC power regulator. Do not work under low voltage and high voltage for long time to avoid damaging the motor. After the wiring of three-phase asynchronous motor is completed, the rotation direction of motor must be checked. The correct rotation direction of the motor is: from the fan end of the motor tail, the rotation direction of the motor shaft is anticlockwise. When checking the rotation direction, the suction port should be opened or covered with rubber plate (thickness more than 4mm), and the power supply should be turned on for 2-3 seconds. If the rotation direction is correct, a strong suction force will be felt at the suction port or the rubber plate will be sucked tightly. In case of reverse, switch any two of the three power lines.
Note: the pump will be damaged if it runs in the wrong direction for a long time.
RV series oil free rotary vane vacuum pump system connection
The cut-off size of the intake pipe should not be less than that of the suction port and should be as short as possible. The threaded joints are vacuum sealed with loctite 515 or Teflon tape. If there is dust in the extracted gas, dust filter must be installed at the inlet end of the pump. If necessary, the exhaust pipe can be connected, and the exhaust pipe should be inclined downward.

After the oil level is determined, xrv series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump can be started. The connection of the vacuum pump must be changed after each start-up.
RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump operation
Before normal operation, it is advisable to close the inlet pipe valve to make the RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump operate at the limit pressure for more than 15 minutes, so as to effectively remove the water vapor in the gas. The motor should not be started frequently (it should be less than 6 times / hour). It is suggested to install the solenoid valve on the inlet pipe of the pump during intermittent cycle operation, and close the solenoid valve in the non working stage to make the pump work under the limit pressure state. In this way, the power consumed by the motor is not much, but it can effectively protect the vacuum pump.
Note: 1. In normal operation, the surface temperature of pump rest and pump cover will exceed 70 ℃, do not touch by hand. 2. Do not add oil when the pump is running.
RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump ultimate pressure measurement
The ultimate pressure should be measured directly at the suction port of the pump with a compression vacuum gauge. Use the pump, use it after long-term storage, and use it after changing the oil. The air inlet should be closed for at least 1 hour. After the pump reaches the working temperature and the pump oil is fully degassed, the ultimate pressure should be measured.
RV series oil free rotary vane vacuum pump maintenance
RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump should generally use vacuum pump oil in accordance with sh0528-92 standard. Vacuum pump oil with ISO ~ vg100 viscosity grade when the ambient temperature is 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is 0 ℃ ~ 10 ℃, the vacuum pump oil of ISO ~ vg32 viscosity grade is used. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level must be 1 / 2-4 / 5 of the oil window height. Oil level and oil contamination should be checked frequently (once a week is recommended). If the oil level is too low, stop the pump and add appropriate vacuum pump oil to 4 / 5 of the oil window height. If the oil is contaminated, the oil will turn black, emulsified and thickened, and the oil should be changed in time.
Replacement of vacuum pump oil and oil filter for RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump
It is recommended to change the oil after 150 hours of operation. After that, change the oil every 500 hours. At the same time, the oil filter should be replaced. If the oil is polluted, blackened, emulsified and thickened, the oil should be changed in time. Clean the pump before adding new oil.
Cleaning and oil changing steps of RV series oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump:
1. Stop the rotary vane vacuum pump and drain the hot oil.
2. Screw the oil drain plug on the vane vacuum pump and operate for 5 ~ 10 seconds.
3. Drain the oil completely.
4. Fill cleaning oil (No. 32 ordinary machine oil) to 3 / 4 of oil window height.
5. Run the rotary vane vacuum pump for 5 ~ 10 minutes.
6. Stop the rotary vane vacuum pump and drain the oil. If the oil can not meet the requirements, repeat steps 4 and 5.
7. Screw on the drain plug and run for 5 ~ 10 notes.
8. Drain the oil completely.
9. Fill in the specified new vacuum pump oil.
