The oil-free compressor is composed of screw head, motor, oil-gas separation barrel, cooling system, air-conditioning system, lubrication system, safety valve and control system. The whole machine is installed in a box and is self-contained. It can be directly placed on the flat cement ground without fixing on the foundation with anchor bolts.

Precautions for oil-free screw compressor in daily use:

1. If the compressor is shut down due to power failure, in order to prevent the compressor from starting with pressure, the pressure switch should be pulled to cut off power when starting again, to ensure that the air in the pipeline is exhausted before starting the compressor again.

2. The compressor must be provided with protective grounding wire, and the grounding resistance shall meet the national standard to ensure that the metal shell outside the compressor has good contact with the earth.

3. Pay attention to the operation of the compressor. In case of abnormal conditions such as air leakage and abnormal sound, stop the operation immediately, find out the causes and eliminate the fault before continuing to run.

4. All friction parts of oil-free compressor have self-lubricating property, so do not add lubricating oil.

5. The environment where the compressor is placed is also very important. The compressor must be placed on the ground stably to maintain ventilation. In order to reduce the noise and vibration, there must be a damping device.

6. filter media (foam sponge or felt) should be cleaned every three months, blowing dust on the medium, washing and drying when necessary.

7. Do a good job in the maintenance of the compressor, pay attention to remove the dust and dirt from the outside of the compressor, check whether the screws at the links of the compressor are fastened, and whether the wires and lines are aged or damaged.
