4. Divide each measuring part of pump shaft into one quarter or more uniform parts. Install the dial indicator in the measuring section. The measuring head of the indicator shall be perpendicular to the axis.

5. Slowly rotate the axis one circle in the same direction, measure and record the data of each point in turn.

6. Make comprehensive analysis according to the deviation value of each measurement section. One half of the beat difference between the two azimuths of 180 ° symmetry is used to draw the corresponding axial bending diagram. For example, the straightness deviation in the direction of 0 ° and 180 ° of the measuring point is 0.12.

7. Analyze the maximum bending position and direction.

When the bearing or vacuum pump is abnormal, it is recommended that it should not be operated alone to avoid more serious damage if it is not professional and has poor operation ability. Professionals can be sought for repair, which is safer and more reliable.
