Roots vacuum unit for oil return of preventive measures

When the pump chamber is in a vacuum state, due to the liquid level difference, gravity effect and pressure difference between the oil tank and the pump chamber, the oil of Roots vacuum unit will return to the pump chamber. In order to effectively solve the problem of oil return of equipment, the following contents are summarized for your reference.

1. Separate the oil near the exhaust valve from other oils, and the oil level is only slightly higher than the partition wall.

2. Move the oil tank and exhaust valve of Roots vacuum unit aside to reduce the oil level and oil volume.

3. The valve seat plane shall be flat, the valve plate shall be elastic, and the static sealing parts of the shaft seal shall be firm and replaced in time.

4. Add a pipe at the oil hole to make the oil level slightly higher than the oil inlet. Set the oil pump and auxiliary mechanism, and cut off the oil path when the pump stops.

5. A check valve mechanism is set to automatically close the oil inlet when the pump stops.

6. The pump port of Roots vacuum unit is equipped with an inflation valve, which requires an inlet container.

When the oil volume of Roots vacuum unit is large enough, the oil will flow back to the oil inlet pipe, causing resistance on the rotor and rotor. The exhaust valve is under large force, making it difficult to start, affecting the service life of parts, and reducing the reliability of Roots vacuum unit. Therefore, try to avoid stopping the pump to return oil. The principle is to cut off the oil circuit when stopping the pump, eliminate the negative pressure in the pump chamber, reduce the liquid level difference and reduce the return oil.
