When the pump chamber is in a vacuum state, due to the liquid level difference, gravity effect and pressure difference between the oil tank and the pump chamber, the oil of Roots vacuum unit will return to the pump chamber. When the oil volume of Roots vacuum unit is large enough, the oil will flow back to the oil inlet pipe, causing resistance on the rotor and rotor.
