Rotary vane vacuum pump is a general fluid machinery widely used in chemical industry system. The two compression stages are stacked and connected to each other to facilitate the initial compression of process gases in the first stage and the secondary compression in the subsequent stage, thus achieving a lower limit pressure.
These pumps are water-cooled and can adjust the working temperature within a certain range. These rotary vane vacuum pumps are rotary positive displacement pumps. The blade is placed in the slot of the rotor, and the rotor rotates eccentrically in the cylindrical shell. Rotation produces centrifugal force, which makes the blade slide out of the cylinder wall, produces different volumes of space and produces suction and compression effect.
As mentioned above, a small amount of lubricant is continuously injected into the pump chamber and the blade groove to provide lubrication for the blades and improve sealing. The blade does not directly contact the cylinder wall or blade groove, but slides on the lubricant film continuously regenerated by the injected lubricant. The process takes place in two compression stages before the process gas is discharged together with the workflow through the outlet, where the lubricant is collected in the muffler for discharging. The injected lubricant continuously flushes the vacuum pump during operation to protect it from corrosion and deposition.
Usually, the flow rate and pressure head of the selected rotary vane vacuum pump may be inconsistent with the requirements in the pipeline, or because of changes in production tasks and process requirements, flow regulation of the pump is required at this time, essentially changing the working point of the rotary vane pump. The working point of the rotary vane pump is determined by the characteristic curve of the pump and the characteristic curve of the pipeline system. Therefore, changing any characteristic curve can achieve the purpose of flow regulation. The flow regulation modes of rotary vane vacuum pump mainly include control valve, variable speed control, parallel, series adjustment of pump, constant temperature and humidity test box, etc.
