The scroll dry pump operates at speeds of 5, 10, and 35 m3/hr, especially with innovative bearing enclosures that insulate the vacuum environment from a variety of lubricants, allowing it to not only dry completely, but also protect the bearing from any process gases. Steam treatment is realized by adjustable air bag. This enables this series of pumps to be used in many previous applications where other roller pumps could not be used.
