1、 Vacuum pump oil of SV type rotary vane vacuum pump
SV rotary vane vacuum pump oil complying with sh0528-92 standard shall be generally used. SV rotary vane vacuum pump oil of iso-vg100 viscosity grade at 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is 0 ℃ ~ 10 ℃, use ISO ~ vg32 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil.
When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level must be 1 / 2-4 / 5 of the oil window height. Check the oil level and oil pollution frequently (once a week is recommended). If the oil level is too low, stop SV rotary vane vacuum pump and add appropriate vacuum pump oil to 4 / 5 of the oil window height. If the oil is polluted, it will be blackened, emulsified and thickened. Change the oil in time.
2、 Time for replacing vacuum pump oil and oil filter of SV rotary vane vacuum pump
It is recommended to change the oil after the first 150 hours of operation of the vacuum pump. Change the oil every 500 hours later. Replace the oil filter at the same time of oil change. If the oil is polluted and blackened, emulsified or thickened, change the oil in time. And clean the vacuum pump before adding new oil.
3、 Cleaning and oil change steps:
(1) Stop the SV rotary vane vacuum pump and drain the hot oil.
(2) Screw on the drain plug and run for 5-10 seconds.
(3) Drain the oil.
(4) Inject cleaning oil (32 ordinary mechanical oil) to 3 / 4 of oil window height.
(5) Operate the SV rotary vane vacuum pump for 5-10 minutes.
(6) Stop the vacuum pump and drain the oil. If the oil does not meet the requirements, repeat steps 4 and 5.
(7) Screw on the oil drain plug and run 5-10 banknotes.
(8) Drain the oil.
(9) Fill in the specified new SV rotary vane vacuum pump oil.
4、 Replace exhaust filter
If the temperature of vacuum pump rises obviously, the motor current reaches or exceeds the rated current, and there is oil smoke at the exhaust port of vacuum pump, check whether the exhaust filter is blocked. If it is blocked, replace it in time. Exhaust pressure gauge can be installed at the filling hole of vacuum pump to check whether the filter is blocked. Replace the exhaust filter when the pressure exceeds 0.6 bar (gauge pressure).
5、 Clean suction filter screen
The suction strainer shall be kept clean to avoid the decrease of suction speed.
6、 Storage method
If the vacuum pump is not used for a long time, the oil shall be drained and the vacuum pump shall be cleaned, and then the specified new oil shall be injected and placed in a dry place.
