1. the coolant temperature is too high; the water flow is insufficient. The coolant flow is monitored by the water flowmeter in real time to protect the pump from damage. Remedial measures: measure the outlet temperature of cooling water (not more than 30 ℃). Increase the flow rate of coolant. The cooling spin of the pump may need to be de calcified.
2. high vacuum pressure in the front stage: This is particularly possible when the steam discharged from the container or the steam generated by the product of the cracking product of the driving medium (such as after air inhalation) enters the crude pump. Disconnect the vacuum pump and check the vacuum pressure of the front stage. Remedial measures: open the gas town and run the pre stage vacuum pump for a long time. If not enough, the front stage pump oil needs to be replaced.
3. vacuum pump fluid is exhausted or not applicable: replace the drive medium.
4. incorrect heating: check the heating output and check whether the heat contact between the heating plate and the bottom of evaporator parts is good. Replace the heating device as required.
5. leakage and pollution:
Remedy: if the pump has been contaminated by steam, it may be helpful to use a metering valve to allow air to pass through the instrument for a while.
6. the measurement system is old or polluted.
Possible error when pump speed is insufficient
1. high vacuum pressure of the front stage: check the vacuum of the former stage; open the valve of the gas town to make the gas town pump run for a long time. The front stage pump oil may need to be replaced.
2. the pump fluid in the vacuum pump becomes unsuitable: the drive medium needs to be replaced.
3. the nozzle of vacuum pump is blocked: clean the vacuum pump.
4. too weak heating: check the heating output; check whether the heating plate is in good contact with the bottom of evaporator room.
5. the vacuum vessel has substances with higher vapor pressure than the driving medium used: Mercury, for example, is especially harmful. Because mercury vapor will form amalgam with non-ferrous metal in vacuum pump, thus excellent vacuum is impossible.
