If the speed is too low, it is necessary to check whether the wiring of the motor is correct, whether the voltage is normal or whether the steam pressure of the turbine is normal. The water head of the system is too high, so it is necessary to check the water head of the system.
The packing or seal in the stuffing box is worn to make air leak into the vacuum pump housing. Check the packing or seal and replace it as required to check whether the lubrication is normal. If the impeller or pipeline is blocked, it is necessary to check whether there is any obstacle. The rotation direction is not correct. Check the rotation direction.
If there is air or leakage in the inlet pipeline, it is necessary to check whether there is cavitation and / or air leakage in the inlet pipeline. If the impeller clearance is too large, check whether the clearance is correct. The impeller is damaged. It needs to be inspected and replaced as required. If the impeller diameter is too small, consult the manufacturer for the correct impeller diameter.
The position of the pressure gauge is not correct. It is necessary to check whether the position is correct. Check the outlet nozzle or pipe. When pumping hot or volatile liquid, the suction head is insufficient. Increase the suction head and consult the manufacturer. The submergence depth of bottom valve or inlet pipe is not enough, so it is necessary to consult the manufacturer for correct submergence depth. Use baffles to eliminate eddies. If the bottom valve is too small, it needs to be installed with the correct size. The suction head is too high and the existing net head needs to be checked.
