The vacuum pump can be vacuumed without working fluid or contact, so the extracted air can be compressed without working fluid. The non-contact technology can prevent the vacuum pump from wear and maintenance. In addition, non-contact operation can improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Oil free operation means that there is no pollution when the gas is discharged from the oil-free vacuum pump. Maintenance work is limited to a preventive change of gear oil once a year. The output power of the oil-free vacuum pump is precisely configured to provide the required clamping force, which means that a smaller vacuum pump is installed on each milling machine used to process standard size plates compared with milling machines of special width. The two smaller oil-free vacuum pumps are driven by a 3kW ie3 motor and the larger vacuum pump is driven by a 6kw ie3 motor. Therefore, the energy consumption of three milling machines for vacuum production is 64800 kwh per year, which saves energy consumption. This technical equipment not only meets all the expectations, but also the vacuum supply is extremely stable.
