I. causes of high temperature of vacuum pump and Solutions
Fan speed is low, wind pressure, air volume is small. The motor has high power, large working current and large heat output. The number of fan blades is small and the air volume produced is small. The voltage of the bus where the vacuum pump motor is located is 380V. Due to the uneven voltage drop and load distribution of the cable, the actual voltage applied to the motor is only 365v, and the low voltage causes the high running current. The motor is attached with dust and oil, which reduces the heat dissipation capacity.
Solution: motor power, speed and vacuum pump match, can not be changed. The fan is installed on the main shaft of the motor, and the speed of the motor determines the speed of the fan, which can not be replaced. Although increasing the number of fan blades can play a certain role, it is not easy to find the dynamic balance when the number of blades increases.
If the alignment is not good, it will cause the increase of motor vibration. The original fan cover is lengthened by 40 cm, and an axial flow fan with the same diameter as the fan cover is installed inside. The motor power of the axial flow fan is 850W, the rotating speed is 1489r / min, and the voltage is 380V. Keep the original fan. An additional power supply control is set for the axial flow fan clothing school, and the axial flow fan is not interlocked with the main motor.
After the vacuum pump is started, the axial-flow fan shall be started in time for operation. After the vacuum pump is stopped, the axial-flow fan shall be stopped 30 minutes to fully cool the main motor. The dust on the motor shall be removed regularly to keep the radiator clean and increase its heat dissipation capacity. The voltage of the bus where the vacuum pump is located shall be adjusted to 400V.
II. Principle of anti return oil device of vacuum pump
In order to prevent the vacuum pump oil from returning to the pumped container when the pump is stopped, it is very important to have a built-in anti return device of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum pump anti return valve principle: reliable air inlet anti return device, double protection, no return oil, to ensure the safety of the vacuum system.
Protection 1: when the pump stops, the isolation valve closes the vacuum system;
Protection 2: when the pump stops, close the oil circuit and inflate the pump chamber.
During the operation of the vacuum pump, the control piston is sealed against the spring under the action of oil pressure. The disc of the anti reverse suction valve is kept in a low position (valve open) due to its own weight. After the vacuum pump stops, the oil pressure drops and the spring will control the piston to push upward. This creates a path between the tank and the piston of the anti reverse suction valve.
