But in the long-term use, the vacuum pump system will inevitably present shortcomings, so how should we deal with these shortcomings?
Oil leakage of vacuum pump and related parts:
Check whether the bolts at the oil inlet and oil return ports of the vacuum pump are loose or slipping. If the bolts are loose, tighten the bolts; if the bolts slip, replace the bolts or vacuum pump.
Check whether there are cracks or sand holes in the vacuum pump shell, and replace the vacuum pump if necessary.
Check whether the bearing seal ring is worn excessively or deformed, damaged or aged (the sealing lip has no elasticity). If it is damaged, replace the sealing ring in time.
Check whether the joint part of the generator rotor shaft and oil seal shows groove wear traces, and replace the generator rotor if it is severe. Check whether there are cracks in the oil pipe. If there is a crack, replace the oil pipe; the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump is low; check whether the connection of the vacuum pipe is loose and air leakage. If it is loose, tighten it. Disassemble the vacuum pump and check whether there are cracks in the pump shell. If there are cracks, replace the vacuum pump.
Check whether the spline shaft of the generator rotor and the spline of the pump rotor are worn. If the wear is severe, replace the rotor of the generator and the rotor of the vacuum pump together.
Check whether the blade is worn excessively, whether it can slide freely in the rotor groove, or whether there are defects on the blade. If any of these conditions are present, the blade should be replaced.
Abnormal noise of vacuum pump:
Check whether there is any conflict trace in the outer circle of the vacuum pump, whether there are hard impurities in the pump, whether the joint of the nozzle is too loose, and if it is severe, replace the vacuum pump. Check whether the oil inlet of the vacuum pump housing and the oil guide hole of the bolt are blocked to ensure that the oil circuit is unblocked.
