It is necessary to connect the wires correctly in order to start the machine normally. When wiring, pay attention to the power of the switchboard and vacuum pump, and do not exceed the rated range. Select the right switch and fuse according to the rated power and voltage. Before connecting the power to the vacuum machine, open the door on the left side of the machine first. After opening the machine manually, touch the travel switch, open the electrical box, and plug the time relay in again. After finishing the above two steps, connect the power line of the vacuum packaging machine to the power supply, and the power line of the vacuum pump to the motor. After the power supply of the vacuum packaging machine is connected, always remember to test before the official work. Turn on the power switch of the switchboard. At this time, the conveyor belt should move towards the direction of the vacuum chamber. In case of reverse rotation, any two of the three-phase power supplies should be replaced in time. Then start the vacuum pump switch and observe the running direction of the pump. Do not reverse it, otherwise it will cause permanent damage. The correct operation direction is marked on the protective cover. When adjusting, it is also the position of any two wires in the three-phase power supply.
