Vacuum plus die casting machine is a new type of casting machine. It is controlled by microcomputer and can be used to cast various dental alloys actively or manually. According to the principle of melting gold and casting, it can be divided into direct current arc heating (centrifugal) casting and high frequency heating pressure attracting casting.
The former can be used for casting of titanium alloy and precious metal, while the latter includes casting from low melting silver alloy to high melting cobalt chromium alloy, nickel chromium alloy and gold alloy. Because the alloy is melted and cast under vacuum pressure and argon protection, the oxidation and segregation of alloy components are avoided, and the physical and chemical functions of the casting are stable and the casting quality is high.
Vacuum pressure casting machine structure:
Vacuum pressure casting machine is mainly composed of vacuum equipment, argon equipment, casting chamber and box system.
(1) Direct air equipment: it is mainly composed of vacuum pump, connecting device and control circuit. The vacuum degree should reach 0.35Mpa ~ 0.45MPa.
(2) Argon equipment: mainly consists of argon cylinder, flow and barometer, connection and control circuit. The general argon pressure is 0.3MPa.
(3) Casting chamber: including switch, mold support, baffle, adjusting rod, argon nozzle, sealing ring, etc.
(4) Box system: including power switch, programming key, melting button, casting button, operation stop button, alloy selection button, casting investigation window, water tank, vent, casting temperature and time display. Ground wire, power line.
The vacuum pump of vacuum plus die casting machine is external. Its capacity is generally 2-6kg. The upper part, inner part and lower part are divided into smelting chamber and casting chamber. The body design is relatively compact and light. Therefore, the vacuum pump should be external so that the body is not too heavy, and the quality of the equipment is better and the production efficiency is higher.
