Water ring negative pressure station system

The vacuum pumping station (also known as vacuum generating device, vacuum negative pressure station, etc.) is a complete set of system which takes one or two water ring vacuum pumps as the vacuum obtaining equipment and the vacuum tank as the vacuum storage equipment. In the case of frequent use of vacuum source and less pumping capacity, the system can save energy and effectively improve the service life of vacuum pump than direct use of vacuum pump.

working principle:

1. Two vacuum pumps

Firstly, set the upper and lower limit values of the vacuum system (for example, the upper limit value is set to – 0.08mpa, and the lower limit value is set to – 0.06mpa). After starting the system, one of the vacuum pumps starts to work until the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank reaches the upper limit value of – 0.08mpa. At this time, the vacuum pump automatically stops running, and the vacuum in the vacuum tank is automatically cut off by the vacuum check valve. If the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank is reduced to -0.08mpa due to work needs, the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank will be reduced When it is lower than the lower limit value of -0.06mp, the other vacuum pump will start automatically until the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank reaches the upper limit value of -0.08mpa. In this way, the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank is always kept between the upper and lower limits. If the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank is lower than the lower limit value for more than a certain time due to large gas demand, and a single vacuum pump cannot pump the vacuum degree in the tank above the lower limit, the other vacuum pump will start automatically until the upper limit is exceeded. The two vacuum pumps can also be switched to manual start and stop.

2. A vacuum pump

Firstly, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (for example, the upper limit value is set to – 0.08mpa, and the lower limit value is set to – 0.06mpa). After the system is started, the vacuum pump automatically stops when it reaches the upper limit, and the system starts up automatically when the vacuum degree is lower than the lower limit. The vacuum pump can also be started and stopped manually.

Performance features:

1. After the device is started for the first time, the whole operation process can be controlled automatically. During the working process, the vacuum degree in the vacuum system fluctuates up and down within its allowable range, and the fluctuation range can be adjusted according to the requirements of users.

2. The device can automatically control the system under the condition of unmanned operation, and can automatically close the vacuum system in case of power failure.

3. The device is equipped with a gas water separator, which can save water and reduce environmental pollution.

4. The vacuum tank of the device can be designed as horizontal or vertical structure according to the site design, so the installation is more flexible.
