What is the working principle of vacuum flapper valve?

The working principle of vacuum flapper valve is that the valve plate moves up and down through the valve stem to achieve sealing. The driving parts of the valve stem are manual, electric and pneumatic.

The vacuum flapper valve releases the back cap of the hand wheel and turns the hand wheel in a certain direction. The pneumatic transmission parts are powered by compressed dry air. The direction of the air path is changed by the electromagnetic directional valve, which pushes the cylinder piston to move up and down, and drives the valve rod to move up and down, so as to open and close the valve plate, so as to achieve the purpose of connecting or stopping the air flow.

According to the shaft seal structure, high vacuum flapper valve can be divided into GD-J rubber shaft seal and GD-J (b) bellows shaft seal. According to the conduction form, GD-J is angle pass type and gd-s is tee type with pre suction port.
