Piston Vacuum Pump is a kind of variable capacity gas transmission pump. It has the advantages of good energy saving effect, high vacuum and large pumping capacity. In addition, compared with rotary pump, the durability of the slide valve pump has more advantages.
Slide valve pumps have single-stage H-type, two-stage 2H-type slide valve vacuum pumps for the suction of air and other general gases, when the use of gas ballast, can also suck containing a small amount of palm condensable gases (such as water vapor). Additional devices should be used when sucking gases that contain excessive oxygen, are explosive, are corrosive to ferrous metals, and react chemically with vacuum oil.
This type of pump can be used alone, also can be used as diffusion pump, oil booster pump, roots pump and other high vacuum pump front pump, relative to rotary vane vacuum pump, H type slide valve pump is more durable, long service life. The pump is widely used in vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum sintering, molecular distillation and aviation simulation test.
After optimizing the design counterweight, the vibration is low and the noise is low. The bearing seal chamber is supplied separately and separated from the pump chamber to avoid impurities entering the bearing and premature damage. According to the user’s request, the auxiliary fuel tank can be attached to achieve the function of separating impurities from cooling vacuum oil. Except for the old H-150, the motors are placed above the pump, with compact structure and small floor area.
