Different types of vacuum pumps are used in industry
There are 13 types of imported vacuum pumps:
1. Water ring vacuum pump: suitable for vacuum concentration, vacuum dehydration, vacuum decolorization, vacuum drying, vacuum preservation, vacuum storage, vacuum conveying, vacuum forming and other processes.
2. Reciprocating vacuum pump: it is suitable for vacuum distillation, vacuum concentration, vacuum impregnation, vacuum filtration, vacuum molding, vacuum drying and vacuum treatment of liquid steel. Reciprocating vacuum pump and water ring vacuum pump use technology is basically the same. However, reciprocating vacuum pump can not directly pump steam, when the need to pump steam must be equipped with a cold trap, the use of refrigeration compressor system cooling.
3. Vacuum pump for oil seal machinery (including slide valve pump, rotary plate pump and fixed plate pump) : suitable for vacuum distillation, vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum sintering, vacuum insulation, vacuum brazing, vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment and other processes. At present, the vacuum pump of oil sealing machine is widely used as the vacuum pump of direct air.
4. Roots vacuum pump (mechanical booster pump) : suitable for vacuum sintering, vacuum brazing, vacuum dipping, vacuum drying, vacuum coating, vacuum conveying, vacuum smelting and other processes. Most roots pumps can not be used for direct discharge of the atmosphere, need to be equipped with a vane pump or slide valve pump as a front pump use. Wet roots pump can direct air, mainly used in the paper industry.
5, oil booster pump: suitable for vacuum smelting, vacuum sintering, vacuum brazing, vacuum heat treatment and other processes. It is similar to the mechanical booster pump, can not exhaust the atmosphere, must be used as a vane pump or slide valve pump before the use of pump.
6. Oil diffusion pump: it is suitable for vacuum coating, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum smelting, vacuum purification, vacuum analysis instrument, vacuum leak detector, electric vacuum device, space simulation, accelerator vacuum system and other processes. It is suitable for pumping high vacuum, itself can not exhaust the atmosphere, must be equipped with the front stage pump to use.
7, dry vacuum pump (rod pump, vortex pump, claw pump) : suitable for oil-free clean vacuum process, such as semiconductor industry, electronics industry, chemical industry and other processes, these pumps can be directly discharged into the atmosphere.
8, adsorption pump: suitable for a variety of vacuum electronic devices, integrated circuits, analytical instruments, surface instruments, and a variety of requirements for clean oil-free vacuum system use.
9. Titanium pump (sputter ion pump, sublimation pump) : suitable for vacuum coating, electric vacuum device, large-scale integrated circuit, surface physics, surface chemistry, thermonuclear physics, plasma physics, superconducting technology and other work.
10, molecular pump: suitable for vacuum coating, integrated circuit, surface physics, surface chemistry, plasma physics, optical instruments, thermonuclear reaction, aerospace technology and other work.
11, water injection pump: suitable for vacuum pouring, vacuum conveying, chemical industry, chemical fiber, pharmaceutical, paint, grease, paper, caustic soda, sugar, food, brick, vacuum deoxygenation and other industrial fields.
12. Steam jet pump: suitable for vacuum smelting, vacuum degassing, vacuum evaporation, vacuum drying, vacuum moisture return and other industrial fields.
13. Cryogenic pump: suitable for vacuum coating, surface physics, superconductivity technology, aerospace technology and other fields.
